Today my sister joined me for my 22 pushups. I’m so proud of her, she has never done 22 pushups before and she did great, especially because we had to do it twice because the first time she thought it was a 20 pushup challenge and she stopped at 20 so we had to do it again!!!

Today I did my pushups on my boat, I really wanted to be able to do it out on the water but the weather said otherwise. Hopefully before these 22 days end I’ll be able to get out on the water.

Today was my first soccer game since my knee surgery last year. I am still not back in the shape I was before the injury, but I still played the full 90 minutes.
I was exhausted but I thought about how little my suffering compares to what the veterans K9s For Warriors must have gone through. I decided it would be a perfect time to dig deep and find the strength to do my 22 pushups for them today.

Today I got to do my pushups with my principal, staff, and some teachers. Please please please donate to K9s for Warriors. Yesterday I had the opportunity to go to the K9s for Warriors graduation ceremony and the look on the veterans faces as they got ready to start their lives with their companion. Please help me send a veteran to K9s for Warriors. For you it might be a small thing, but for them it’s bigger than you could ever imagine.

So today I was totally surprised when a member of my community contacted me to present me with this awesome hand made American flag to thank me for helping veterans. He wanted to remain anonymous, but I had to share his incredible art work with all of you.
